私隱政策

本私隱政策適用於本網站的所有使用者。閣下使用或接達本網站並向湯臣國際娛樂有 限公司(以下簡稱「湯臣娛樂」)提供閣下的個人資料，即表示閣下接受及同意本私隱 政策所述明的慣常做法。閣下已向湯臣娛樂提供的資料將時刻受香港特別行政區《個 人資料(私隱)條例》(以下簡稱「該條例」)規限。

1. 收集資料的用途
   湯臣娛樂可在本網站內收集閣下的個人資料(包括閣下的年齡)。湯臣娛樂可將閣下 提供的個人資料用作湯臣娛樂的內部業務用途，包括但不限於：

   如果閣下擬查閱湯臣娛樂持有關於閣下的任何個人資料，或要求更正、更改、銷 毀、刪除或不識別閣下的個人資料，請將閣下要求送交本私隱政策第6條所列明的 聯絡人。如香港特別行政區法律(包括但不限於該條例)並不加以限制的話，湯臣娛 樂將本?真誠致力向閣下提供上述查閱或更正。
5. 更改本私隱政策
   本私隱政策可不時更改。湯臣娛樂會將本私隱政策的任何更改載於此網頁。閣下在作出任何更改後繼續接達本網站，即確切地證明閣下同意該等更改。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Site. By using or accessing the Site and providing Tomson International Entertainment Company Limited ("Tomson Entertainment") with your personal data, you accept and consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. The data which you have provided to Tomson Entertainment will at all times be governed by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (the "Ordinance").

1. Purpose of Collection
   Tomson Entertainment may collect your personal data (including your age) in the Site. Tomson Entertainment may use the personal data you provide for Tomson Entertainment’s internal business purpose, including without limitation, to:
   1. provide, maintain, protect, and improve Tomson Entertainment’s business and services and develop new marketing and promotional strategies or products and services;
   2. protect the rights or property of Tomson Entertainment; and
   3. promote Tomson Entertainment or its related companies’ business and products.
   If this data is used in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected, then Tomson Entertainment will ask for your consent prior to such use.
2. Voluntary Provision
   Provision of any personal data by you is voluntary. However, if you refuse to provide the personal data Tomson Entertainment requests, you may not be able to use certain features of the Site.

   Tomson Entertainment only shares personal data with other companies or individuals outside of Tomson Entertainment when:

4. Access to and Correction of Your Personal Data
   If you wish to access any personal data that Tomson Entertainment holds about you or request that your personal data be corrected, changed, destroyed, deleted or de-identified, please send your request to the contact stated in clause 6 of this Privacy Policy. Tomson Entertainment will make good faith efforts to provide you with such access or correction if it is not otherwise restricted by laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region including without limitation the Ordinance.
5. Changes to this Privacy Policy
   This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Tomson Entertainment will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page. Your continued access to the Site after any changes conclusively demonstrates your consent to such changes.
